December to April 20°C to 22°C - Sightseeing and Trekking

Shillong gets genuinely cold in January down to 4°C some nights but the visibility is excellent and the crowds are much thinner. By March the temperature turns comfortable again, sitting around 20°C to 22°C during the day. April is the last dry month before pre-monsoon showers start building up again.
