Churma is made up of crushed baatis, along with melted ghee, jaggery forms the last part of this meal. 

Lassi - You can taste the best lassi at the Lassiwala, which has been around since 1944. This Jaipur food is served in matka, which is a clay pot that gives a unique flavor to the lassi. There are sweet and sour lassi which are enriched with an upper layer of malai that would make you quite full. Make sure to visit early in the morning as they may run out of lassi by 4 in the evening, every day.

Ghewar- It is a Rajasthani sweet that is mostly prepared during festivals like Teej and Rakhi Purnima. With the major ingredients being flour and ghee, this round, disc-shaped crisp sweet is soaked in sugar syrup and has a honeycomb structure. Ghewar is topped with rabri, which is sweetened condensed milk that is thickened, dry fruits, and silver vark which is an edible silver foil.
