Dragon Bridge is a major landmark in central Da Nang. The bridge crosses the Han River and is especially attractive after sunset when it is illuminated. On scheduled weekend evenings, visitors can also watch its fire and water show.
Da Nang has several Linh Ung Pagodas, with the one on Son Tra Peninsula being the most famous. The large Lady Buddha statue and views over the coastline make it an important cultural and sightseeing stop.
The Han River runs through the centre of Da Nang. The riverside is a pleasant place for an evening walk, with views of the city's bridges and skyline. You can also find restaurants and cafés nearby.
Hoi An is around 30 km from Da Nang and can be visited as a day trip. Its old town is known for historic buildings, lanterns, riverside streets and Vietnamese culture.
