Also known as Intanki National Park, the Ntangki Wildlife Sanctuary is one of the best national parks in Nagaland and attracts thousands of tourists every year. Home to a variety of endangered animals including wild buffalos, rare hoolock gibbon, elephant, sloth bear, black strokes, barking deer, and more. Spread over an area of 200 sq. Km., this wildlife sanctuary is located at a distance of 35 Km from the city of Dimapur. Ever since PETA informed the authorities regarding the poor condition of animals, the park has been well maintained by the local administration to take care of these animals.
