Itinerary
Day 1: NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport - Gangtok (120 Kms | 5 Hrs.)
Welcome on arrival at Bagdogra Airport/NJP Railway station, after greetings proceed to Gangtok, at an altitude of 5500ft.Gangtok is the capital of the state of Sikkim is a beautiful and clean town promising of the best monasteries and landscapes. Upon arrival, check-in to your hotel & rest of the day is free to spend on your leisure. You could explore the famous MG Marg (on your own) this time. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 2: Gangtok | Tsomgo Lake | Baba Mandir | Nathu-La Pass (Optional)
After a wholesome breakfast in the morning, you will leave for a visit to the famous Tsomgo Lake. Shaped like an oval, the lake is located 40 km away from the city of Gangtok and has an elevation of about 3,780 m above sea level. Apart from its breathtaking scenic beauty, the lake is also famous for housing the Brahminy Ducks and many other migratory birds. Following this will be a visit to the shrine of the famous Baba Harbhajan Singh, a war hero. The shrine is popularly called the Baba Mandir. Nathu-la Pass to the Republic of China is nearly 20 Kms and is an optional tour (Strictly subject to availability). (Remains closed on Monday).

Day 3: Enjoy the panoramic view on your drive from Gangtok to Lachen
On this day, you will leave the city of Gangtok and head to the beautiful valley of Lachen. After a sumptuous, heavy breakfast at the hotel you will drive to Lachen (9500 Ft. / 6 Hrs.), surrounded by snow-capped peaks. On the way, you will visit the beautiful destinations of Tashi View Point, Butterfly WaterFalls, Dikchu Dam & Naga Waterfalls. Do stop on this highway for ‘sikkimese’ lunch. Reach Lachen by evening. After an overnight at Lachen, you will be travelling to your next destination.
Day 4: Lachen | Thangu | Gurudongmar Lake | Lachung
You will start the day early to start the journey towards Gurudongmar Lake through the Kanchenjunga National Park. Gurudongmar Lake is one of the highest lakes in the world. It is considered a sacred lake and is encircled by snow-covered mountains.. After an unwinding session here, drive through Thangu valley and get back to the Hotel for lunch. After a delicious lunch at the hotel, our representative will take you to a hotel at Lachung. There is a valley here through which a River called Lachen Chu flows. It is known as the Holy Lake and is covered in snow for 9 months, or more. We drive through a cold dessert until we reach the Tibet-China border. You will spend the night at your hotel. Sip some hot tea and release the stress as you prepare yourself for more adventure.
Yumthang Valley
Day 5: From Lachung to Yumthang Excursion, Zero Point (Optional) & then a driver back to Gangtok
Post early morning breakfast, proceed to Yumthang Valley, which is Known as the Valley of Flowers (11800 Ft / 3598 Mts / 25 Kms / 1-2 hours one way) and Zero Point (optional), further up and about 23kms from Yumthang at an altitude of over 15,000 ft is the place Zero Point (also known as Yume Samdong). On the way back, visit Hot spring, considered to have medicinal properties. Have lunch & move to Gangtok. En-route visit & Singhik View point. Upon arrival at Gangtok, check-in to your hotel and stay overnight.

Day 6: Gangtok | Namchi
After breakfast, you may check-out & Later proceed to Namchi. Namchi is situated at an altitude of 1,675 m (5500 feet) above sea level. Upon arrival, check-in to your hotel & visit Samdruptse & Siddheshwar Dham (Chardham). At the Siddheshwar Dham, you can see a replica of all the 12 Jyotirlingas and four Dhams, and 108 feet high statue of Lord Shiva. Overnight stay at Namchi.
Day 7: Namchi | Ravangla | Pelling
After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and proceed to Pelling, en-route visit to Ravangla. Rawangla is a small tourist town situated at an elevation of 8000 ft in the South Sikkim district of the Indian state of Sikkim. Budha Park. (Buddha Park of Ravangla, also known as Tathagata Tsal, is situated near Rabong (Ravangla) in South Sikkim district, Sikkim. It was constructed between 2006 and 2013 and features a 130-foot (40 m) high statue of the Buddha as its centerpiece. After sightseeing head to Pelling, located at an altitude of 6,800 ft, Pelling is a very small Himalayan Town in West Sikkim. Pelling is the nearest motorable point to Mt. Kanchendzonga( World’s 3rd highest peak ) offers a good sunrise along with a view of the entire Eastern Himalayan range. Upon arrival, check-in to your hotel. Overnight stay at Pelling.
Day 8: Pelling Sightseeing | Darjeeling Transfer
After a delicious breakfast in the hotel, get ready for Pelling Sightseeing. where you will be covering attractions like Rimbi waterfalls, Sky-Walk, Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdentse Ruins & Bird Sanctuary. After lunch, start your journey to Darjeeling. All the way, you will be accompanied by the magical beauty of the Himalayas and the beautiful views of the valleys. Do not forget to click pictures of the amazing snow covered peaks and the green hills. Reach Darjeeling and check-in to the hotel, where you will have the evening free to spend on your leisure. You can explore (on your own) the absolute delight of the mall road in Darjeeling.
Day 9: Darjeeling Sightseeing
Early morning at around 3:45 AM drive to 8000 feet / 2440 meters through primitive forests of oak, magnolia to Tiger Hill to view sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak (subject to clear weather) – On the way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Peace memorial & Batasia Loop – Back to hotel for breakfast - After breakfast next round of sightseeing - Half Day city tour includes Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Ropeway, Tenzing Gumpo Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center (Closed on Sunday), Tea Estate, Natural History Museum (Sunday Closed), Peace Pagoda – Back to hotel – Evening free to stroll around the area - Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
Day 10: Departure | Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station
After breakfast, check-out from the hotel & proceed to Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway station for your onward journey. Tour concludes with everlasting memories of Sikkim & Darjeeling.
