Kamshet is a picturesque hill station nestled in a lush green cover in the state of Maharashtra. The hill station is placed at a height of 2200 ft above sea level, where it graces its visitors with ample greenery, beautiful lakes and the breath-taking views of the hills around. Kamkhet has gained popularity over the last few years, with travellers in good numbers finding their ways here, as they feel it makes a great holiday destination. The hill station enjoys good road connectivity to make itself easily accessible for tourists seeking to visit here. Kamshet is situated at a distance of 118 kilometres from the capital city of Mumbai. Pune, on the other hand, is located at a convenient distance of 56 kilometres from the hill station. Other than the beautiful hills, Kamkhet is also known for ancient cave temples and a historic fortress. In recent years, the hill station has also emerged as a destination for adventure seekers. Tourists looking for adrenaline rush must enjoy the impeccable paragliding facilities here at Kamshet. The special experience of gliding over the lush green cover and lakes will stay with your forever. Visitors can also enjoy trekking here as there are a number of cliffs for them to trek on. Tower Hill, Shelar and Kondeshwar Cliff are of great interest to tourists at Kamkhet. Other places of attraction at Kamkhet include Kondeshwar Temple, Bihari Caves and Bhandar Dongar.
Itinerary
Day 1: Mumbai- Kamshet (120 Kms)
Pick up and, transfer to Kamshet. Check-in to the hotel and take rest for some time and proceed for the paragliding joy ride ( extra cost ). The meeting point is on the old Mumbai-Pune highway near Hotel Rangoli around 1 pm. After the joy ride, transfer back to your hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel
Day 2: Local Sightseeing & Activities ( Trekking )
After breakfast, proceed for local sightseeing. Places include Kondeshwar temple, Bhairi Caves, Bedsa Caves, and Bhandar Dongar, a hill with a medieval period temple dedicated to Saint Tukaram. Back to the hotel in the evening and overnight stay at the hotel

Day 3: Kamshet - Departure
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive back to Mumbai and drop at your Home/ Airport
